ESQlabs: proudly a Gold Sponsor of the OSP Community Conference of 2025
This year, we will participate in the OSP Community Conference and are proud to announce that we are gold sponsors.
This aligns with our commitment to expanding the OSP Suite and supporting the open-source advancements for PK-Sim and MoBi.
Meet us there on September 29 and 30.
The ESQlabs team will be participating in full force at OSPCC 25!
We’ll be leading several workshops, giving talks in sessions, and presenting a variety of posters showcasing the latest updates and advancements in PBPK with OSP Suite.
If you’d like to learn with us, don’t miss the opportunity to join one of our workshops. Out of the six workshops offered this year, four will be led by the ESQlabs team. We’ll cover topics ranging from an introduction to PBPK with PK-Sim to the concept of modularization with the new version 12 of OSP Suite.
⚠️ Please note: The event offers six workshops taking place simultaneously, so you can only choose one — choose wisely!
To participate, register for the event and select one of our workshops. Check them below:
🔷Workshop 1 – Intro PBPK with PK-Sim: This Workshop will provide you with everything you need to get started with PK-Sim for PBPK. Instructor: Dr Stephan Schaller.
🔷Workshop 4 – PK-Sim for Pediatrics & Spec Pops: This workshop will guide participants through the basis of PBPK modeling using PK-Sim, with a special focus on paediatric, geriatric, and organ-impairment applications. Instructors: Dr Nina Nauwelaerts and Dr Vanessa Baier.
🔷Workshop 5 – PK-Sim, MoBi, and OSP-R for Pregnancy: This workshop offers a powerful combination of modular, customized PBPK(-QSP) modeling and quality-controlled simulation workflows in R, leveraging the latest advancements in OSP Suite V12. Instructors: Dr Marco Siccardi and Dr Sophie Fischer-Holzhausen.
🔷Workshop 6 – Modular QSP in v12 (PBPK-QSP): This workshop will equip participants with the skills to leverage modular workflows in MoBi to build, extend, and refine PBPK-QSP models, diving into a real-world case study: modeling an ADC modality for tumor treatment. Instructors: Dr Wilbert de Witte and Pavel Balazki.

The V12 of OSP Suite
Recently, our team was involved in a project that led to the updated version of OSPSuite.
Together with the talented scientists and software developers from Bayer and Design2Code, our team has implemented the revolutionary modularization concept for efficient model management and qualification!
