The esqLABS Team unites four different nationalities, we speak six different languages and have a background in physics, systems-engineering, bioinformatics, pharmacy, biology, machine learning, and software development. We currently enjoy the company of our 2 interns, who complement our expertise with data science and medicine. But we are not only a bunch of science-nerds, but some of us also have a touch for arts & music. This diversity is our team’s strength to tackle the challenging tasks of drug development and biosimulation.

As a multi-lingual, multi-disciplinary, and (only) digitally connected team, communication is key to us. We hold our small-talk sessions over the Monday morning virtually, even in pre-COVID times. The home-office benefits and challenges, now familiar to many more, have always been our daily business. Although we could only meet each other in person twice this year, we are familiar with each other’s living room, dogs, and kids.

For us, the exciting new year 2021 lies ahead with workshops for clients and regulatory agencies, exciting new grant research projects, and several strategic collaborations with other CROs, Health IT providers, and Universities.
